BMW DME, DDE Bench Lock Check tool V1.0 (Beta)
Small tool to check the factory lock status of BMW MG1 / MD1 ECUs (DME8 / DDE8).Works over an ENET cable on Windows. No EDIABAS or other software needed, just run it.
It tells you whether the ECU needs a special циLoск, or if it can be handled with basic bench tools for tuning.
It reads the bench lock state: a FEMTO / bench циLoск changes the status, an OBD циLoск does not.
I have no idea will it detect AUTOTUNER циLoск or not, if anybody can, check and report plz.
Auto-detects the car and reads the real VIN. Supports dual-DME cars and shows both ECU. For newer generations it will tell you that a bench циLoск is not possible or not needed.
